Eligibility/Qualification:
- Applicants must apply to either the MPH (Master of Public Health) or DrPH (Doctor of Public Health) program through the Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS).
- All supplemental materials (transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters) must be submitted by December 1, 2025.
- Applicants must already be admitted to either the MPH or DrPH program to be considered for the fellowship.
- Applicants are allowed to apply to only one program in a given application cycle.
Job Description:
- Complete a two-part application process for the fellowship.
- Successfully secure admission to either the MPH or DrPH program.
- Attend all necessary prerequisite courses before starting the program in June (MPH) or August (DrPH) of 2026.
- Commit to the fellowship’s terms, which may include repayment conditions if grant conditions are not met.

- Ensure your organization submits the Collaborating Organization Form by the deadline.
- Submit all materials, including application to MPH/DrPH program through SOPHAS.
