Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in computational biology, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, genomics, or a related field (must be obtained within three years of application or expected completion within 6 months).
- Solid experience in computational modeling development.
- Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to independently write and publish scientific manuscripts.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and R.
- Experience in analyzing genomics data (especially single-cell RNA sequencing).
Job Description:
The successful candidate will contribute to the Intelligent Cell Simulation System project by employing machine learning, statistical modeling, and single-cell/spatial omics data to simulate cellular dynamics. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with both computational and experimental teams.
- Developing models and analyzing data.
- Preparing manuscripts for publication and participating in grant applications.
- Ensuring high-impact contributions to research at the intersection of AI, systems biology, and regenerative medicine.
