Eligibility/Qualification

  • Relevant Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (120 credits at master’s level).
  • Strong academic background with an average grade of B or better.
  • Proficient understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and techniques.
  • Good programming skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Job Description

  • Conduct high-quality research to complete your doctoral education.
  • Explore and experiment with fairness techniques in job recommender systems.
  • Take relevant courses to enhance technical knowledge as needed.
  • Publish research findings and present at international conferences.
  • Collaborate with national and international partners, including those from NorwAI.
