- Proven track record in NMR-based structural biology is preferred.
Job Description:
The project will explore the structure and regulation of the Tac1b protein in Candida auris, a multi-drug-resistant fungal pathogen. Key responsibilities include:
- Protein expression and purification.
- Advanced chemical biology techniques.
- Collecting and analyzing NMR data on protein structure, interactions, and dynamics.
- Collaborating with the research team at Harvard Medical School.
- Presenting results at local and international conferences.
