Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification

  • MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong foundation in high-frequency electrical engineering or in the physics of electronic or optoelectronic devices.
  • Prior experience with semiconductor technology, nano/micro-fabrication, THz or high-frequency measurements, and electromagnetic simulations is a significant advantage.
  • Team player with advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for research; knowledge of German is an advantage.
