Eligibility/Qualification:

| Doctoral Degree | In physics or engineering or an equivalent foreign degree. This requirement must be met by the time the employment decision is made. |
| Communication Skills | Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. |
| Nanofabrication Experience | Experience in device fabrication within a cleanroom environment. |
| Microwave Engineering | Experience in microwave engineering and measurements. |
| Teaching Experience | Some familiarity with teaching and potential in research and education. |
Additional Qualifications (Meritorious):
- Doctoral degree obtained within the last three years.
- Experience in design and fabrication of superconducting quantum devices.
- Familiarity with microwave simulation software.
- Experience in low-noise high-frequency electronic measurements at cryogenic temperatures.
Job Description:
- Develop engineered microwave photon devices.
- Participate in the full development cycle: engineering, fabrication using electron beam lithography, and device characterization.
- Engage actively in research within quantum technology.
- Supervise master’s and/or PhD students as needed.
- Opportunities to teach at undergraduate/master’s level.
Contract Terms:
Temporary full-time employment for two years with the possibility of a one-year extension. Physical presence is required throughout the entire employment.
