Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in inorganic chemistry or a related discipline

Job Description

The successful candidate will undertake research on:

  • Identification and development of suitable ion exchange resins for metal extraction
  • Establishing washing and elution protocols
  • Recovery processes for metals from ion exchange eluates
  • Evaluating multi-cycle load-wash-elution performance
  • IX resin rejuvenation
  • Scaling up from laboratory to commercial application
