Eligibility / Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree (for Direct PhD) or Masterโs degree (for MS-to-PhD) in:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Materials Science
- Nanotechnology
- Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Strong motivation for interdisciplinary research
- Background or interest in nanomaterials, electronics, or device fabrication is desirable
- Good academic record and research aptitude
Job Description / Research Work
- Conduct PhD research on Engineered Living Materials (ELMs)
- Integrate bio-hybrid graphene and MoSโ thin films into electronic devices
- Design and fabricate chemiresistive and FET-based sensing devices
- Perform thin-film deposition, 2D material processing, and device fabrication
- Carry out electrical characterization and data analysis
- Collaborate in a highly interdisciplinary and international research environment
- Work under joint supervision, including collaboration with experts in Biomedical Engineering & Biotechnology
