Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in molecular biology, genetics, epigenetics, developmental biology, or a closely related field.
- Experience in areas such as:
- Chromatin/epigenetics techniques (ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN/CUT&Tag).
- Stem cell culture and differentiation, ideally mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs).
- Reporter-based assays.
- Flow cytometry/FACS.
- CRISPR-based perturbations.
Job Description
- Establish and develop functional screening pipelines.
- Work with mouse embryonic stem cells and gastruloid differentiation.
- Design experiments involving PiggyBac-based reporter integration and chromatin locus enrichment.
- Identify proteins and histone modifications through proteomics/mass spectrometry.
- Integrate findings with single-cell multi-omics approaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Department for enhanced research outcomes.
- Supervise and train junior group members as required.
