Eligibility/Qualification

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., sociology, political science, social work, business, health sciences, or economics) before the program starts.
  • Must comply with the MSCA mobility rule: Not have resided or conducted main activities in the host country for more than 12 months in the last 36 months before the program begins.
  • No prior doctoral degree or defended thesis at the time of recruitment.
  • Strong interest in aging and digitalization.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.

Description

The Digi4Age network aims to train doctoral researchers as leaders with scientific expertise in aging and digitalization. The program will explore changes in health care, work, economy, and social structures. Participants will receive interdisciplinary supervision, training, and strong career development support, preparing them for impactful roles in academia, public, private sectors, and civil society.
