Job Description
The successful candidate will establish and lead a research team focusing on the prototyping of molecular devices and large-area junctions for molecular memristors. Responsibilities include:
- Supervision of PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and senior researchers
- Planning and executing research activities on scalable molecular junction platforms
- Collaborating with teams in STM, synthetic chemistry, theory, and spectroscopy
- Publishing high-impact research and contributing to joint grant proposals
- Actively participating in scientific activities at IOC PAS and the MAB Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific leadership and align research with project objectives
- Mentor junior researchers and support their professional development
- Conduct research at the intersection of computational chemistry, quantum physics, and nanoelectronics
