Description
The successful candidate will engage in hands-on experimental in vivo mouse work and high-throughput metabolic profiling. Responsibilities include:
- Performing in vivo mouse studies using CRISPR-engineered cancer cell lines
- Designing and analyzing in vivo CRISPR pooled screens
- Conducting high-throughput metabolomics profiling
- Analyzing and interpreting metabolomics data to derive hypotheses
- Supporting the preparation of scientific reports and journal articles
