Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates should have:

Job Description
The selected researchers will contribute to an ERC-funded project investigating how 3D regulatory genome architecture influences evolutionary changes in developmental programs.
Research activities include:
- Mapping 3D genome organization using Hi-C and Micro-C
- Applying single-cell genomics techniques such as:
- scRNA-seq
- scATAC-seq
- Developing deep learning models of gene regulation
- Using advanced mouse transgenic models
- Performing comparative genomic analyses across vertebrate species
