Job Description

The Postdoctoral AI Scientist will:

  • Design, build, and evaluate AI-driven models for prediction, risk stratification, and biological discovery.
  • Work with high-dimensional, multi-omics datasets (genomics, metabolomics, proteomics, transcriptomics).
  • Develop and test advanced neural network architectures for structured, multimodal, and longitudinal data.
  • Collaborate on AI approaches for modeling disease progression and clinical phenotypes.
  • Engage with lab members to align AI methods with biomedical context.
