Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop computational pipelines to integrate single-cell transcriptomics, spatial gene expression, and biomechanical measurements.
  • Implement physics-informed machine learning models to predict mechanical properties from cell morphology.
  • Collaborate closely with experimental teams to integrate transcriptomic and imaging data.
  • Contribute to publications in high-impact journals and present findings at international conferences.
