Description
The successful candidate will:
- Develop computational pipelines to integrate single-cell transcriptomics, spatial gene expression, and biomechanical measurements.
- Implement physics-informed machine learning models to predict mechanical properties from cell morphology.
- Collaborate closely with experimental teams to integrate transcriptomic and imaging data.
- Contribute to publications in high-impact journals and present findings at international conferences.
