Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or closely related fields (to be obtained by start date).
  • Excellent academic performance (at least cum laude).
  • Strong interest in communication networks and distributed systems.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with 5G/Beyond-5G architectures and related technologies (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Engage in research on network architectures focused on Zero-Touch Network and Service Management (ZSM).
  • Publish scientific articles related to their research.
  • Support teaching and research activities within the department.

This project aims to investigate network intelligence, automation, and AI-driven control to enhance network robustness and fault tolerance in multi-domain environments.
