Educational BackgroundPhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related area.
ExperienceProven track record of scientific publication and international presentations.
Specialized KnowledgeFabrication and characterisation of perovskite solar cells.
Desirable SkillsExperience with multijunction solar cells, vapour deposition techniques, coding, and algorithm development.
Team CollaborationAbility to work self-directed while collaborating with peers.

Description:

The successful candidate will engage in the development of new deposition tools aimed at advancing the epitaxial growth of halide perovskites for innovative devices in energy generation and quantum applications. This includes leveraging multimodal characterisation platforms and automated analysis. The position requires the management of experimental setups while providing supervision to other students and working collaboratively within the Optoelectronic Materials and Device Spectroscopy group.
