Location- Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), Fursatganj, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Eligibility/Qualification–
Qualifications, experience, and age limits are strictly governed by the prevailing UGC Regulations for higher education appointments.
- Professor: Requires an eminent scholar profile with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 10 years of teaching or research experience, and a substantial record of high-quality published work.
- Associate Professor: Demands a Ph.D. degree, a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant teaching or research experience.
- Assistant Professor: Requires a Master’s degree with 55% marks in a related subject along with clearing the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR, or holding a valid Ph.D. degree.
- Relaxation: Standard relaxations in marks and age limits are applicable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and disability categories as per Government of India reservation policies.

Appointed faculty members will be responsible for delivering comprehensive academic instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts. They must actively engage in continuous research, publish findings in recognized journals, and attempt to secure external funding for university projects. Furthermore, faculty are expected to design modern curriculum, guide research scholars, and participate in institutional administrative duties. All appointments are subject to standard probation periods and legal terms of employment.
