Eligibility/Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in human/mouse B cell biology, flow cytometry, and single-cell RNA sequencing.
  • Proficiency in sterile techniques for mammalian tissue culture with BSL-2+ practices, and ELISA/ELI spot.
  • Interest in antibody immunology and clinically-focused basic immunology/vaccinology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in bacteriology research and bioinformatics.
  • Familiarity with BSL-2+ biospecimens, DNA sequencing, and genomics.

Job Description

  • Conduct research on B cell biology and the immune response to H. Pylori.
  • Involvement in vaccine design and development for H. Pylori and malaria.
  • Engage with systems immunology and human antibody approaches.

Candidates must be open to learning new skills related to systems serology, antibody cloning, purification, and biolayer interferometry (BLI)/surface plasmon resonance (SPR) binding assays.
