Job Description
In this PhD project, you will:
- Architect and simulate photonic-based radiometer systems.
- Design and fabricate photonic integrated circuits (PICs) for terahertz sensing.
- Build and test prototypes, using commercial-off-the-shelf components and fully integrated PIC-based systems.
- Validate technology in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics on the Wendelstein 7-X fusion reactor.
