Job Description:
Join a dynamic team led by Dr. Martijn Kolijn and Prof. Roel Vermeulen to investigate how the exposome shapes cancer risk often years before diagnosis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to international projects (e.g., ESCALATION, SPACETIME, DISCERN, COVIDMETA).
- Analyzing high-resolution mass spectrometry and proteomic data from population cohorts.
- Linking molecular alterations in plasma and tumor biopsies to identify environmental determinants of cancer risk.
- Applying advanced statistical and machine learning methods.
- Collaborating across institutions and sharing findings through publications and conferences.
