Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master of Science (MSc) degree in chemistry, physics, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of electronic structure theory and computational chemistry.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Fortran).
  • Understanding of electronic spectroscopies is an advantage.
  • Strong motivation for advancing scientific research in theoretical spectroscopy.

Job Description

  • Extend high-level coupled cluster methods for calculating emission spectra in solutions.
  • Develop efficient workflows that integrate various electronic structure theories.
  • Conduct benchmark studies to validate the efficiency and accuracy of developed techniques.
  • Apply both existing and new methods to organic dyes to analyze experimental spectra.
  • Present research results in publications and at conferences.
  • Participate in national and international collaborations.
