- Required Education: PhD in relevant field
- Required Related Experience: Experience in life sciences or related disciplines
- Preferred Background: Knowledge in obesity, diabetes, and cancer metabolism
Job Description:
The Post-doctoral Scholar will:
- Conduct independent research under guidance, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
- Design and execute in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro experiments utilizing various cellular systems and mouse models.
- Perform mouse metabolic phenotyping, including glucose and lipid metabolism, glucose-stimulated insulin secretion, energy expenditure, and histology.
- Apply molecular biology techniques such as CRISPR gene editing and AAV-mediated gene delivery.
