Eligibility/Qualification:
- Essential:
- PhD in Biopharmaceutical Technology or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum two years of experience in:
- Mass Spectrometry and glycan analysis
- Glycan sample preparation (enzymatic release, labeling, purification)
- Automated platforms for glycosimilarity assessment
- Experience in biomarker panning and bioinformatics techniques
- Leading author with relevant publications in mass spectrometry and glycan analysis
- Strong communication skills in an English-speaking environment
Job Description:
- Optimize automated analytical workflows for high-throughput glycan analysis
- Plan and program automated workflows using robotics for sample preparation
- Prepare glycan samples and perform analysis using UHPLC and mass spectrometry
- Conduct bioinformatic data analysis utilizing statistical software like R or Python
- Manage biomarker panning workflows and perform data integration and analysis
- Write reports and maintain laboratory records
- Support scientific publication writing and present research findings at meetings
