Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in bioinformatics, systems & computational biology, or related fields.
- Strong experience in single-cell data analysis.
- Proficiency in R and/or Python and relevant bioinformatics frameworks.
- Desirable: Experience with multi-omics integration and/or regulatory network analysis.
- Familiarity with high-performance computing environments and workflow systems (e.g., Snakemake, Nextflow).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Interest in immunology or cancer biology is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Job Description
- Analyze and integrate single-cell multi-omics data (e.g., scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, multiome).
- Develop and implement computational pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Apply trajectory inference, lineage tracing, and regulatory network analysis.
- Integrate transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic datasets.
- Collaborate with experimental researchers to translate computational findings into biological insights.
- Contribute to method development and data-driven hypothesis generation.
