Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in bioinformatics, systems & computational biology, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in single-cell data analysis.
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python and relevant bioinformatics frameworks.
  • Desirable: Experience with multi-omics integration and/or regulatory network analysis.
  • Familiarity with high-performance computing environments and workflow systems (e.g., Snakemake, Nextflow).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Interest in immunology or cancer biology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Job Description

  • Analyze and integrate single-cell multi-omics data (e.g., scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, multiome).
  • Develop and implement computational pipelines for large-scale data processing.
  • Apply trajectory inference, lineage tracing, and regulatory network analysis.
  • Integrate transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic datasets.
  • Collaborate with experimental researchers to translate computational findings into biological insights.
  • Contribute to method development and data-driven hypothesis generation.
