Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD Students:
- Interest in soil biogeochemistry and responses to climate change.
- No prior publication necessary, but demonstrate relevant experiences and research interests.
- Postdocs and Research Associates:
- Experience in process-based modeling, data analytics, or deep learning preferred.
- Interns/Visiting Scholars:
- Academic backgrounds in relevant fields encouraged.
Job Description
- PhD Students: Conduct research in specified areas, develop independent research questions, and work collaboratively within the team.
- Postdocs/Research Associates: Focus on developing process-guided and AI-assisted soil community foundation models, collaborating on interdisciplinary research projects.
- Interns: Assist with ongoing research projects, gain practical experience in the field.
- Visiting Scholars: Contribute expertise to ongoing research and collaborate on projects.
