Job Description
The candidate will engage in the following activities:
- Familiarizing with existing research and methods for genome interpretation.
- Handling sequencing data and its pre-processing.
- Studying DNA Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing integration solutions into neural network architectures.
- Creating and implementing algorithms and neural networks for structured output predictions.
- Developing interpretation methods for neural network predictions, including concept-based activation and counterfactual analyses.
