Job Description

The postdoctoral researcher will:

  • Develop and conduct research on nitrogen (N), carbon (C), and water (H₂O) flows across various scales.
  • Utilize advanced modeling and remote sensing techniques to improve understanding of nutrient dynamics.
  • Create machine learning/AI models based on field observations and model outputs.
  • Perform uncertainty quantification in model outputs.
  • Conduct scenario analyses to determine effective management practices for environmental mitigation.
  • Engage in training and mentoring of junior researchers.
  • Contribute to the preparation of international publications and project proposals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary networking activities.
