Research Area

The project will focus on the mechanistic dissection of reverse TRALI due to CD177-antibodies, employing in vivo mouse models to gain insights for therapeutic strategies.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD degree in Medical Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with experimental mouse models.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Team-oriented with a responsible and independent working style.

Job Description

  • Investigate the pathophysiology of reverse TRALI through experimental mouse models.
  • Analyze immune responses that lead to pulmonary endothelial cell damage.
  • Collaborate with the research team and associated institutions for data collection and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of therapeutic targets and biomarkers for TRALI and similar conditions.
