Research Area
The research will focus on host-microbe interactions in the gut, utilizing both experimental and data-driven approaches, including microbiota transplantation, sequencing, and metabolomic analyses.

Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed doctoral degree in Bioinformatics or a foreign equivalent.
- Strong background in -omics analyses (metagenomics, RNA-seq, metabolomics).
- Experience with data analysis tools, particularly R or Python.
- Preferably published in international peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Job Description
The Postdoctoral Fellow will participate in research activities at the Department of Molecular Biology and collaborate with MIMS and UCMR. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing data-driven strategies for gut microbiota research.
- Conducting analyses of gut microbiota sequencing data.
- Collaborating with clinicians and nutrition scientists.
