Eligibility/Qualification

CriteriaDetails
EducationMaster’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Research ExperienceMust be in the first four years of full-time equivalent research career and have not yet been awarded a doctoral degree.
Mobility RuleMust not have resided or carried out main activity (work/studies) in Finland for more than 12 months within the last 3 years prior to recruitment.
Language ProficiencyProven proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Job Description

The selected PhD candidate will:

  • Investigate the immunogenic cell death induced by NanorADV-IL-12.
  • Analyze mechanisms of tumor cell killing and immune responses in preclinical models.
  • Collaborate with partner institutions on circulatory vesicular studies.
  • Address technical challenges related to vesicle quantification and immunological monitoring.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and optimize experimental protocols.
