Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in finite element analysis (Abaqus or similar software)
  • Background in structural analysis and recycled construction materials
  • Proven ability to publish in high-quality peer-reviewed Q1 journals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international setting
  • At least five journal articles published in Q1 journals
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in civil engineering laboratories

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with an international team from La Trobe University, the Indian Institute of Technology Indore, and Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, India. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on thermal insulation panels made from PV waste
  • Performing finite element analysis and experimental testing
  • Contributing to research publications and project reports
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards in laboratory settings
