Job Description
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will:
- Develop and apply advanced, structure-aware machine learning methods to predict antibody specificity, cross-reactivity, and developability against blood-stage malaria antigens.
- Adapt and extend computational models to analyze antibody–antigen interactions, forecast escape mutation sensitivity, and guide the optimization of lead antibody candidates.
- Manage independent research activities and coordinate project aspects to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the preparation of publications, presentations, and research proposals.
- Generate new research ideas and support funding applications.
- Collaborate closely with both experimental and computational researchers and support students and junior researchers in the team.
- Engage in teaching and academic service activities within the Department, as opportunities arise.
