Eligibility/Qualification:

QualificationDetails
Academic BackgroundPhD in Immunology or related discipline (Candidates without PhD will be considered for Research Assistant position)
Experience– In vitro Treg culture
– In vivo mouse models of autoimmunity
– High parameter flow cytometry and spectral cytometry
– Treg isolation and culture
KnowledgeBasic cellular and molecular mechanisms in immune responses, statistical analysis tools

Job Description:

  • Investigate the mechanisms underlying defective regulatory T cell function in individuals with multiple sclerosis.
  • Conduct experiments using both in vitro assays and in vivo mouse models.
  • Analyze data and contribute to the preparation of scientific publications.
  • Collaborate with a team of researchers and contribute to grant applications.
