Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in medicinal chemistry or a closely related field
- Strong expertise in organic synthesis
- Experience with structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis
- Solid background in medicinal chemistry
- Prior experience in antimicrobial projects is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Job Description
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:
- Design, synthesize, and optimize small molecules with antibacterial activity
- Analyze SAR data and translate it into targeted design strategies
- Set up and drive SAR campaigns within the team
- Contribute to scientific publications and presentations
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven research environment
