Research Area
The research will focus on two sub-projects within the broader theme of Autonomy, Localization, Mapping, and Navigation for drone swarms, specifically:
- Multi-Modal Distributed State Estimation and Mapping: Focus on developing robust, GNSS-independent probabilistic frameworks.
- Uncertainty-Aware Optimization-Based Motion Planning: Focus on creating scalable trajectory optimization and Model Predictive Control (MPC) strategies.
