- Develop AI models for designing coiled-coil proteins with non-trivial topology

- Prepare samples for X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM, participate in structure determination
- Conduct experiments to study protein stability, free-energy landscapes, and other physicochemical properties
- Prepare scientific reports, publications, and present research results at conferences
