Job Description:
- Develop and apply AI and machine learning techniques for multi-omics.
- Integrate genomic prediction with crop growth models.
- Optimize genomic prediction and GWAS.
- Publish scholarly works in peer-reviewed journals.
- Occasionally write grants and mentor graduate students.
Eligibility/Qualification:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Plant Breeding, Quantitative Genetics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with machine learning in agriculture, linear mixed models, or quantitative genetics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proven track record of publishing original research.
