Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants must have:
- PhD (or equivalent) in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Strong background in functional polymer synthesis for protein delivery
- Proven research record with first-author publications in reputed journals
- Preferred experience:
- Microfluidics systems
- Enzyme/protein handling
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- High scientific motivation and innovation capability
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Design and fabricate protein-loaded nanogels using microfluidic platforms
- Perform advanced physicochemical and biological characterization
- Contribute to biomedical applications of polymer nanomaterials
- Write scientific papers, reports, and research proposals
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaborations
- Supervise students and assist in project development
