Research Area

The research focuses on developing integrated circuits based on Indium-Gallium-Zinc-Oxide (IGZO) technology, emphasizing side-channel protected authenticated encryption for wearable healthcare devices.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in digital electronics.
  • Proficiency in VLSI IC design; familiarity with Cadence software is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
