Research Focus

Mechanisms of leukemia initiation, clonal evolution, and drug resistance.

The successful candidate will lead projects focused on the mechanisms of leukemia initiation and drug resistance. This research involves:

  • Using multi-omics approaches (single-cell transcriptomic, epigenetic, and genomic profiling).
  • Utilizing murine models and primary human samples.
  • Applying advanced molecular biology techniques, CRISPR methods, and flow cytometry analysis.
  • Performing complex data analysis and downstream computational approaches.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years as a graduate student.
  • Specialty in Molecular Biology.
  • Ability to operate complex scientific equipment.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Cancer Biology or a related hematology field.
  • Prior experience with single-cell OMICS platform analysis.
  • Experience with murine models (xenograft, drug treatment).
  • Experience with transcriptomic/epigenetic studies and basic bioinformatics.
  • Satisfactory track record of high-quality, peer-reviewed publications.
