Research Focus
Mechanisms of leukemia initiation, clonal evolution, and drug resistance.
The successful candidate will lead projects focused on the mechanisms of leukemia initiation and drug resistance. This research involves:
- Using multi-omics approaches (single-cell transcriptomic, epigenetic, and genomic profiling).
- Utilizing murine models and primary human samples.
- Applying advanced molecular biology techniques, CRISPR methods, and flow cytometry analysis.
- Performing complex data analysis and downstream computational approaches.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- PhD degree.
- Minimum of 4 years as a graduate student.
- Specialty in Molecular Biology.
- Ability to operate complex scientific equipment.
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Cancer Biology or a related hematology field.
- Prior experience with single-cell OMICS platform analysis.
- Experience with murine models (xenograft, drug treatment).
- Experience with transcriptomic/epigenetic studies and basic bioinformatics.
- Satisfactory track record of high-quality, peer-reviewed publications.
