Eligibility / Qualification
Required:
- Ph.D. in immunology, oncology, or a related field.
- Strong interest and background in immunology.
- Proven expertise in conducting independent in-vivo studies, including managing genetically modified mouse strains.
- Essential experience with spectral flow cytometry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Commitment to teamwork, scientific rigor, and collaboration.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with cell sorting, preparation of tissues for RNAseq, and confocal microscopy analysis.
- Experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Take a lead role in designing and executing research projects investigating the role of neurons in regulating tumor immunity.
- Research Execution: Perform cell sorting, tissue preparation, molecular profiling, and in-vivo experiments using mouse models.
- Publication & Dissemination: Author and publish manuscripts as first author in peer-reviewed journals, and present research findings at internal lab meetings and international conferences.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with neighboring neuroscience, oncology, and immunology labs, participating in a vibrant scientific community.
