Eligibility/Qualification

  • A successfully completed Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Digital Humanities, or a related field.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: data quality, data integration, data cleaning, agentic AI, or provenance research.
  • Enthusiasm for academic research, publishing, and executing practice-oriented projects.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • A high degree of commitment, independence, flexibility, and team spirit.

Job Description

  • Conduct research within the HPI group and in close collaboration with international partners at MIT.
  • Write scientific papers and present findings at top international conferences.
  • Supervise Master’s students.
  • Communicate research results for knowledge transfer and to the general public.
  • Assist with teaching activities (optional).
