Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification
- Hold a Master’s degree in medicine, biomedical sciences, epidemiology, health sciences, or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in rheumatology, women’s health, epidemiology, or clinical research.
- Be motivated to develop advanced skills in study design, data analysis, and scientific communication.
- Be able to work independently while collaborating within an international multidisciplinary team.
- Possess excellent written and spoken English skills (English is the primary working language). Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, and non-Dutch speakers are expected to be motivated to acquire practical language skills during the PhD.
Job Description
- Design and conduct clinical and epidemiological research projects utilizing international cohorts and registries.
- Analyze data focusing on reproductive outcomes, hormonal health, pregnancy, and disease trajectories.
- Collaborate closely with international experts, clinicians, epidemiologists, and patient partners.
- Write and publish scientific articles in international peer-reviewed journals and present findings at global conferences.
- Contribute to developing future strategies and healthcare guidelines for women’s health in rheumatology.
