Postdoctoral Researcher, Spinal Mechanisms, Krembil Brain Institute, Canada

Mitacs Elevate Postdoctoral Fellowship (in Any Discipline) in Canada

Summary

The Levine Lab at the Krembil Brain Institute (University Health Network) is seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to investigate how spinal cord cell types shape population activity and mediate sensorimotor functions. The role focuses on leveraging advanced techniques—including in vivo high-density electrical recordings from awake behaving mice, closed-loop optogenetics, cell-type specific manipulations, and computational neuroscience—to study how neural circuits orchestrate movement.
