About- Graduate student positions open in HFEL (High-Frequency Electronics Lab) at Korea Aerospace University. The main research topic is to develop high frequency integrated circuits for communication, radar, and microwave imaging using electromagnetic waves from Sept 2020. We are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in high-frequency circuits/systems and electromagnetic wave design. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in related studies, e.g. Electrical Engineering, etc. The candidates should be able to carry out research tasks independently and can effectively collaborate with other research staff in the laboratory. Good written and spoken English is preferable.

Eligibility/Qualification–
- Bachelor/Master/Ph.D. degree in science, engineering
- The course works: Electromagnetics, Semiconductor device physics, Microelectronic circuits, Microwave Engineering, Radar engineering or equivalents
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Practical experiences in related fields
