Eligibility/Qualification–
Assistant Professor
Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. with a first-class in the preceding degree, and a minimum of three years of post-doctoral or equivalent experience.
Associate Professor
Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. with a first-class in the preceding degree, and a minimum of six years of teaching/research experience of which at least three years at the level of an assistant professor.
Professor
Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. with a first-class in the preceding degree, and a minimum of ten years of teaching/research experience of which at least four years should be at the level of an associate professor.
- A candidate applying for the above faculty positions must be a citizen of India or an Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).
- In exceptional circumstances, a foreign national who is not an OCI may be considered for appointment for short term duration on a contract basis only, subject to security clearance by the appropriate authority as per the Government of India’s instructions.
- The reservation and age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ PWD category shall be as per Government of India instructions for which applicants must upload/attach the requisite necessary certificates at the time of application for consideration.

- All applications received on or before 29 February 2020 have been or are currently being processed.
- Applications received between 01 March 2020 and 30 September 2020 shall be treated as one cohort for processing.
- Applications received on or after 1st October 2020 shall be rolled over into the next cohort for consideration. Accordingly, all prospective applicants are required to note that the deadline for the present cohort is 11.59 PM of 30 September 2020 (IST).”
