Eligibility/Qualification–

Qualification (Essential)	MSc Microbiology/Medical Microbiology with a 60% mark.
Qualification(Desirable)	PhD
Experience (Essential)	Six years of experience in microbiological and molecular biological skills as evidenced by project work.
Experience (Desirable)	Experience in quality systems and their implementation, experience in product development research.
Age limit as on 31.08.2021	35 years

Job/Position Description-

Job description	Monitoring and performance of the various test offered by the Division, maintenance and monitoring of quality system, laboratory management, participation in the research and other activities of the Division as assigned by the SIC.
Monthly emoluments	Rs.57,OOO/- (consolidated)

Duration	For a period,of 179 days or a permanent incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

Those who fulfill the above requirements may report for an interview as per the above schedule along with biodata, original certificates and copies to prove age, qualifications, experience and a valid non-creamy layer certificate (for OBC candidates) in the prescribed format applicable for employment in Central Govt. Institutions issued by a Revenue Officer, not below the rank of a Tahsildar. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates reporting after 09.15 AM will NOT be considered for selection. Candidates already in service must produce a No Objection Certificate from the present employer at the time of the interview.

IN THE ABSENCE OF CANDIDATES WITH REQUISITE EXPERIENCE, MERITORIOUS CANDIDATES WITH REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS BUT LESS EXPERIENCE MAY ALSO BE CONSIDERED AT A LESSER SALARY.

Note: Depending on the number of candidates, a written test of a qualifying nature will be conducted for initial screening, and only qualified candidates will be called for interview. Marks obtained in the written test, if conducted, will not be counted for the final ranking.
