About- The appointments to contractual posts will be up to May 31, 2024 or end of Academic Session. The contractual appointment for Posts meant for one semester will be up to December 31, 2023. The application must be accompanied by a demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, payable at Fatehgarh Sahib.

Eligibility/Qualification–
- The candidates for the posts of Assistant Professor must have cleared NET, where ever applicable or should have been awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009/2016.
- The candidates who have not cleared UGC-NET may also apply. Such candidates will be appointed as Guest Faculty.
- The Selection Criteria for the faculty positions will be as per latest UGC guidelines with regard to Qualification, Experience and API score etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience of teaching post graduate classes.

- Please mention Post Applied For and Department on the left-top corner of the envelope containing the application. Separate applications are to be submitted for each Post and Department.
- The filled in application should be accompanied by application fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Registrar, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib” payable at Fatehgarh Sahib.
Application forms complete in all respects along with photocopies of certificates, list of publications and the prescribed application fee should reach The Registrar, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib- 140406, on or before May 09, 2023 by 5:00 pm.
