Postdoctoral Fellow in Computational Cardiovascular : The Cardiovascular Innovation Research Center (CIRC) and the Pediatric and Adult Congenital Heart Center (PACHC) at Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow in Computational Cardiovascular Biomechanics. The candidate will join a cutting-edge research environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary faculty scientists, engineers, and clinicians, to enhance human health through rapid translation of advanced technologies.

Eligibility/Qualification: The ideal candidate should possess a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related field. Prior experience in performing fluid-structure interaction (FSI) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling is required. Familiarity with clinical imaging datasets from MRI, CT, or ultrasound is desirable but not essential.
Job Description: The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in patient-specific modeling in pediatric and adult congenital heart disease, as well as adult cardiovascular disease. The research will focus on studying disease progression, surgical methods, treatment planning and personalization, and medical devices.
